Since the E.E.G hasn't worked, they must do some back round information. After finding out that Claire chose to be an organ donor, they sadly announce that it's time to "pull the plug" on Claire. She's dead. Gone. Nat handles it surprisingly well. She has no fits, and she's done with her weird dreams. The end of the book is a scene in Nat's kitchen on Claire's birthday. Her mother makes ten batches of cookie's for Claire. Then, she invites Natalie's friends over after school to eat them.
What a sweet story.
I really enjoyed this book, and I recommend it for anyone looking for a deeply emotional book.
PS I commented on Andrew's blog.
wow this book sounds realy good and its sad that they decided to "pull the plug" on the one girl but i guess thats just part of life.

That is awful! It sounds like a good book, but it is terrible the choice they have to make. I don't think that any family should be forced to make the decision to end their own daughters life.
